Returns On Voucher Deals

If you have purchased your products via a deal site, your contract is directly with the deal site involved. This means that any refund has to be communicated and agreed by them. We are only responsible for postage in some cases and supply of goods on behalf of the deal site. Refund Policies for the voucher will vary dependent on the deal site, please check their Terms and Conditions. Postage for returned items will not be reimbursed, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights on faulty goods.


You have 14 days from the receipt of any order to return to it if you're not 100% happy!

*All returns must be send back on a 2nd Class trackable service complete with a returns form which you can find below.

Returns will be processed and checked and can take up to 28 days to be resolved.

My Item Is Unsuitable

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered from Sedge Paul, send them back - within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition, ie. in the original packaging, unworn and complete with any original labels and we will refund your money or exchange it for a different size or colour. Return postage will be at your own expense.

My Item Is Faulty

We make sure that all of our items are free from faults before dispatch, however should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty item or your item becomes faulty within 14 days after receipt of item we will gladly take it back and provide you with either a refund or an exchange. Return postage will be credited back to you.*

Items Exempt

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any pierced items or adult accessories due to hygiene unless it is faulty.

How Long Will It Take?

Please allow up to 28 days for the process of any return. We will inform you as soon as it has been processed!
